Nater Dallafior successfully advises Kuwait in controversy with FIFA over worldwide ban

Nater Dallafior is pleased to announce that the legal advice provided to the State of Kuwait in conjunction with a recent amendment of the country's sports law in the framework of a conciliation attempt has ultimately led to the lifting of the ban imposed by the world football's governing body FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association).

In October 2015, FIFA had suspended the Kuwait Football Association (KFA) based on alleged government interferences in football matters. On 6 December 2017, FIFA announced that the suspension was lifted, with the KFA and its members (the clubs) returning to international football (see http://www.fifa.com/governance/news/y=2017/m=12/news=suspension-of-the-kuwait-football-association-lifted-2922929.html).
The Nater Dallafior team included Manuel Arroyo, Zoe Honegger, Benjamin Schumacher, Martin Rauber and Simon Bachmann.
